I've heard about this neighborhood in Johnstown - some of my ancestors apparently lived near or in it at some point in the 20s and 30s. My understanding is that it was, and is, a very poor neighborhood. Can anyone tell me where, exactly, it is? Any information you might know about the area? Thanks
