Craig, pastor of the Presbyterian Church of Ebensburg, performed the ceremony that united the hearts of Mr. William Roland Frailey of the firm of Frailey Brothers, of this place and Miss Mary Rebecca Thompson, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J. M. Thompson at their home in this place. Immediately after the wedding ceremony the relatives and friends of the contracting party were served a sumptuous wedding repast after which the newly wedded pair took their departure on the 1:42 train for a honeymoon trip to eastern cities. On their return in Ebensburg, they will reside for some time at least at the home of the bride. On the afternoon of the same day about 2:30 o’clock the same clergyman married Mr. L. O. Veith to Miss M. E. Richards, at the home of the parents of the bride, Dr. T. M. and Mrs. Richards. This couple went on a wedding trip to Chicago and other western cities, departing on the 3:35 train the same afternoon. The bridegroom is one of Ebensburg’s enterprising young business men and his bride is one of the most accomplished young ladies of the town who will be a worthy life companion of the man of her choice.
