    1. [PACAMBRI] Fischer McGuire Tree on World Connect
    2. Patricia Hamill
    3. Hi, Due to the number of DNA matches my siblings and I have after testing with FTDNA and 23&me, I have posted a partial tree of my Fisher McGuire Gedcom on World Connect. http://wc.rootsweb.ancestry.com/cgi-bin/igm.cgi?op=GET&db=pattie2&id=I372 Tree Name: Fisher McGuire Family 1 I have compiled information for 25 years and thus it may contain a few errors [I've tried to my best effort to keep it correct]. IF anyone would like to review the this tree and if you find an error please call it to my attention and I will correct. If you do find an error it would be wonderful if you also supplied the document/source as to the correct information. Thus I can simply make a full correction instead of just omitting the error. Over the years, I have jumped the pond on several lines including the FLICK, HAID, BISHOPS, and HERTZOGs. I could not have done this without the work of others over the years and I have wanted to share this information as others have shared their work. I still have the films at my local Family History Center. The Haids were a real surprise for the Priest had kept Family Group Sheets on each family and had noted the source [i.e. baptism, marriage, or death] found in his Parish Books. He would also make notes such as "1839 Amerika" -- I about fell out of my chair at the microfilm machine when I came upon this located on the last part of the last roll containing the Parish Book Records. If you wish for more information on these records, I will be happy to share. I would like to put together an excel file of my findings and can sent that as well. Currently I am working on my Polish films from Znin District, Poland for the Zielinski Line and have almost completed. I can ! start on one of the others once this is completed. Please note: I do not read Polish, German, French, or Latin -- so please use as clues till you verify. I have had wonderful help at my local FHC from volunteers who do read these languages and Old German Script. These records are generally in a pattern and I was guided till I got the "hang" of each film. I can't say enough good things about all those who have guided me over the years. Because of potential errors, I have been very shy about sharing publicly. I posted this Tree a few months ago and I have to admit thus far it has not been a happy experience [one responder - one was enough to make me feel very sad]. So I decided to take the bull by the horns and ask the wonderful folks on this site -- to review and if we find that my Tree is not "good enough" to posted online, I will remove. Happy Holidays, Pattie
