I read about the cemetery volumes of Butler County on this list-serve. I have been looking for the death or burial of a Johnston White and his second wife Susan White. Susan died in March 1880 and Johnston, age 82 is still listed on the 1880 census of Baldwin twnshp., Allegheny County. Previously, they were on the 1850, 1860, and 1870 census of Middlesex twnshp, Butler Co. Johnston (Johnson) was a Justice of Peace in Middlesex. He might be listed as William. Could any one check these volumes of cemetery listing for a Johnston or Susan White, or William White. I can't find them in Allegheny Co., so maybe they were returned to Butler. Any help you can suggest would be appreciated. Thank you!!
