My family is descended from Reinard Minster who I believe may have been born in Germany or his parents were. From what I understand, he and his siblings were orphaned and his brother Frank was adopted. Reinard apparently grew up in the orphanage until he was able to work. He was later reunited with his brother, Frank. His wife was either Mary or Ameila Sunderland and they had several children including Reinard J, Mamie, Florence, Joseph F, Alberta & William.
