    2. Sorry, don't have a Robert and Margaret Glenn. There are Robert and Martha (Borland) Glenn. This Robert is the son of James Glenn, immigrant from Ireland and his second wife, Mary Borland. Their youngest son, Andrew, married first, Ann Aiken, daughter of Robert Aiken (or Eakin) of Lawrence County. He married second, Mary Maxwell. He was the father of nine children to his first wife and, at least, one to his second wife. Toots (Glenn) Hoffman wrote a short story on this line before her death. It was published in a 1992 issue of The Post-General and titled, The Family: It Lives In You, Through You. Glee

    3. Glee, Supposedly, my Robert Glenn was the grandson of Robert and Martha Borland Glenn, but I haven't come across any concrete connection. According to the information I have on them, Archibald "Archy" was their youngest son (1805-1888/9) and his son was my Robert Glenn (1828-1922). And that Robert Glenn the elder was the son of John Glenn and Mary Diven. I would very much like to clear up the misinformation here....was their anything written about this family? How could I get a copy of Toots' story?
