Is Portersville in Butler, Co.? I have continuously come up with dead ends in researching my ancestors from Western PA and am hoping to locate a Presbyterian church they might have gone to in Portersville where they were from. I don't know which one they may have gone to, just that if they went it was to a Presbyterian one. Hopefully whatever one it was they kept some records. The time frame I'm looking for is mid- to late-1800s.
