    2. Hi Penny, Alma Muriel Grossman is familiar to me, but I can't remember where she fits. Perhaps I can locate her through her parents. I did find that Alma and Francis applied on 2-21-1919 for a marriage license at the courthouse in Butler, Pa. It can be found in book 33, page 131. Perhaps these articles in the Butler Citizen would interest you: "GROSSMAN REUNION The Descendants of Benedict Grossman who settled in Cherry township in the year 1797 will hold their annual reunion at the residence of Ashley W. Grossman, two miles south of Slippery Rock borough on August 18,1909. All who know themselves to be a branch of this tree are requested to come and bring their friends along. COMMITTEE." (BC, Wed., 8-11-1909) "GROSSMAN REUNION One of the largest of the annual reunions of a Butler county family is that of the Grossman descendants. This year's reunion was held yesterday at the home of Ashley Grossman, Slippery Rock township, when three hundred members of the family congregated coming from all parts of the country. The place for the next reunion will be decided upon by the committee in charge, after which due notice will be given." (from BC, Fri., 8-20-1909, p. 5)
