Removing it means you have to find a way of reinstalling it. There is a lot of information from reputable virus scan people on the internet. If you use www.google.com and type in the name of the virus, you will find lots of information on the subject from companies such as Symantics. The reason that our virus programs don't find it is that it is not actually there! This hoax is not new, only new to us in the US. It has been under way for many months, beginning, it is believed, in Portugal and spreading across the world. And not the first of its kind. We need always to check before deleting things in response to virus scares.
