There were numerous cases in Butler, Venango Co. etc. against John D. Rockefeller and how he "stole" oil rights by artificially driving prices down and forcing the local owners out. That's how he created Standard Oil. You would have to know the names involved in the suit and go through the bound records of PA court cases. I'm not sure what historical records are on Lexus.
