I thought she was asking how to get a copy of one of the 'delayed birth certificates' listed in Pat's file. You should be able to contact vital records and just make sure to tell them it is a Delayed Birth Certificate, as it is filed under the date the originial delay certificate was proved/provided and not the actual date of the event. The delayed birth certificates are NOT available through the Vital Records Office of PA, they are held in the County Courthouse where the information was filed.
