If you come from route 8, heading west on the Brownsdale road. When you come to the store turn left and go up the hill for about one mile. At the top you will come to a "Y" in the road. On the left is a small grove of trees, that is the cemetery. Now is a good time of year to visit the cemetery, later in the summer the weeds are sooo thick and tallll that only the few large stone can be seen. I found my Great Grandfathers grave about this time last year. Good luck Ralph MINIRXKING@aol.com wrote: where is the cemetery? 3or 4 years ago my husband and I tried finding it. At one point.we came to a intersection with a convience store and asked about a cemetary . There was one about 50yds from the intersection. which the girl thought was the brownsdale cemetary however it was very well kept up and if I remember corectly was still being used. My great grandparents Thomas and Sara Margaret Fleming Hazlett were members of the church and my grandmother and her brothers and sister were baptized there. Thomas was a Farmer in the area.
