Jane McCall was born 20 December 1808 Washington county PA and died 13 February 1885 in same county. She married John Welch Stewart on 5 April 1831. He was born 1805 and died 31 August 1866 in Washington county. They had 10 children, 2 diying in infancy. William M. 1832-1862; Thomas 1833 - ; Mary M. 1836-1885; Robert 1837- ; Jane 1841-1849; Anna M. 1845-; John W. 1847-; and James M. 1850-;. Jane ws the daughter of William McCall born around 1766. She had a brother, John, and a sister, Ann who married an unknown Pride. I have no more infoon them. William McCall was the son of John Thomas and Jean Young McCall who came from Scotland.
