Paula, Thank you so much for all the information. You have no idea what a MAJOR breakthrough this is in my family search. It will take some time to digest all of it. You see I have MOYER'S and SCHEIDEMANTLE's in my Mother's BOYER line also. In fact, I have an ELIZABETH MOYER, daughter of BENJAMIN SECHLER MOYER and MARIA B. BOYER (in my mother's family). I have no date of birth for this ELIZABETH, however, her sister SARAH was born in 1826 so she could be around the same age. Maybe someone will have information on her. I was given several old photographs that belonged to my Grandmother, ALDA (STAUFFER) HILLIARD, daughter of MINNIE IDA SCHULER AND SAMUEL STAUFFER. I looked through those briefly to see what had been written on the back of the photographs. Again, MINNIE'S parents were ELEIZABETH SCHEIDEMENTLE and CONRAD SCHELER/SCHULER. To my surprise I found possible pictures of my great-grandmother's brother and sister JOHN SCHULER and CARRIE SCHULER, possibly a picture of my 2nd great-grandmother ELIZABETH (SCHEIDEMENTLE) SCHULER, and a picture of my great-grandmother MINNIE and her brother JOHN SCHULER at about 8 and 10 years old. Also, I question if ELIZABETH SCHULER had another daughter by the name of EMMA as I found a picture that states GRANDMA SCHULER and daughter EMMA. There is also a picture that states EMMA & MINNIE SCHULER, and another that has EMMA, BERTHA & ERVIN EICHOLTZ. There is another that states CONNIE SCHULER. I will have to look at these more closely.
