    3. Wow, Thanks for this web site. I had never looked there before. I was especially interested in the Butler County Birth Records 1893 - 1905. There are over 1200 entries (including duplicates [e.g. Court Orders]). I copied it all to an Excel spreadsheet by first copying the header lines and then filling in the data below by highlighting portions and doing "Copy and Paste". I got all of the data in about 6 steps; it seemed to be too much for my computer to handle in one copy. The next step was to sort the data. I am interested in COOPER. So I selected all of the data and sorted it by CHILD'S SURNAME, and RESIDENCE. That way I could go straight to my Winfield and my Jefferson COOPERs. All of them interested me. I used Excel's highlighter to put a yellow highlight line on my relatives. The way it is set up for me now I can easily go back and find COOPERs that moved out of those too townships or associated family names that start with 'C'. As a result of this, I have some new names to add to the tree. I would be willing to make a similar Excel file for anyone interested.
