Hall was born 1848 in Cecil Co. Maryland. S/O James A. Hall of Cecil Co. M.D. Francis came to Brady Twp. Butler Co. about 1878. 1880 census show him married to Emma J. ?? with a new born son. He lived in Brady Twp. the rest of his life raising 7 children. Wife Emma (D) after 1930 in Brady Twp..There was a Jesse Hall living in Brady Twp. since about 1837 .He to was born in Cecil Co.
