However, I do not believe he was born in Mercer County. His father Daniel Norton Wimer was still in Butler County in the 1820 census. As you know the query you were responding to was written in 1999 and I have discover that Isaac's father's name was Daniel Norton Wimer. After getting Isaac's death cert. and studying it very closely the middle name is Norton and not Martin. I have been able to come up with quit alot on Isaac of 1817 and if you wish to have the information I am happy to share it. I know that some of Daniel Norton Wimers family stayed in PA or should I say returned to PA from OH. Any questions please ask. Chester M.'s parents were Macreth Stillwagon & Margaret Ramsey.
