There is Robert Black, born Adams County, Pa. a s/o Adam and Polly Black. He married (1) Sarah Courtney, (2) Sarah Uber. There is Robert and Elizabeth (Grossman) Black. He was born in 1770 in Huntingdon County, Pa. They married in that county, too. His wife was a daughter of Benedict and Betsy Grossman, my great, great, great grandparents. There is a Robert Black born in County Donegal, Ireland about 1809. He married Elizabeth McElhinny in Ireland about 1834. Are Robert and Sarah (Bovard) Black of Butler County, too?
