Pat, I would definitely like a copy of this obit.!!! Frank W. Mills was my father-in-law's grandfather (Frank's daughter Gussie Mills, who married A. A. Hoch, Jr., was his mother). Frank W. Mills won the Congressional Medal of Honor. Though he was originally from Orange Co., NY, he has always been refered to as the only Medal of Honor recipient of the Civil War from the state of PA, where he spent most of his adult life.
