>From the Butler Eagle Newspaper - Monday, 4 Apr 1938 Christ Manny, aged 58, of 343 South Main street, died at the Butler County Memorial hospital at 8:30 o'clock Sunday morning following a short illness. Mr. Manny had been employed as a glass cutter at the Standard Plate Glass company's plant for 37 years. Surviving are his widow, Ethel M. Manny; three sons, Carl R. of Butler, Walter P. of Toledo, O., and Arthur R. Manny of Butler; a brother, William J. Manny of Chicago, and four grandchildren. The body was removed to the Edward M. Geibel Funeral home, 204 North Washington street. Private funeral services will be held from the Edward M. Geibel Funeral Home at 2:30 o'clock Tuesday afternoon with Rev. Louis D. Riddell, pastor of the North Street Church of Christ; officiating. Burial will be in the Ross Hill cemetery. [Christian J. (Joseph?) Manny married 2nd to my grandaunt, Ethel Mae Osman.
