Jesse Keister was a son of Philip Keister & Margaret Shaffer, my gg-grandparents, his sister Sarah Keister b 1817 was my g-grandmother. Philip & Margaret were both born in Westmoreland Co, settled in Butler Co in 1821/22. Margaret Wolford's parents were Henry Wolford Sr b 1787 Westmoreland Co, PA, d Coaltown, Cherry Twp, Butler Co, PA, m. 1912 Slippery Rock, Butler Co, PA, Mary Frick. Don't know who Mary's parents were, I have Henry's parents as John Wolford b E. PA, d Westmoreland Co, PA & Unk wife.
