Mike, The Estates for Butler County, through 1910, are indexed and online at www.rootsweb.com/~pabutler. If Jacob died and left anything, including a will, he would show up in that Estate index. If he gave/sold his land to his sons before he died, he most likely would not have had a will or estate of any kind.
