Badger and wife Lucille Jane Smith. Their children were: Howard Badger, born 8 Oct 1895, married Lois V. Gould 24 Sep 1919. Herman Joel Badger, born 11 Jan 1899, married Mary E. Fehl 12 Oct 1921. Frank was the son of Matthew Badger (1836-1920) and Maria Baker (1844-1926). Matthew Badger was the son of James L. Badger (1784-1865) and Ann Bertran (1805-1888). Maria Baker was the daughter of Jacob Jewell Baker (1812-1892) and Catherine Hockenberry (1816-1898). James L. Badger was the son of William Badger (1770-1830) and Miss Linsey (1773-1821). Ann Bertran parents unknown. Jacob Jewell Baker was the son of Cadwallader Baker (1789-1850) and Sarah Jewell (1794-aft 1850). Catherine Hockenberry was the daughter of Casper Hockenberry Sr. (1785-1860) and Margaret Shaffer (1788-1852). I have some additional information on these families.
