    3. Good Day, All: I am looking for anyone who can fully identify the Maiden NAME and then, eventually, the ANCESTRY, of the woman described as “SARAH” below. She lived in both Butler County and Allegheny County, PA. THANK YOU!! Floyd Marasco 319 Sawhill Rd Claysville, PA 15323 724-663-5809 I. She married 1. abt 1834 William Callen 1840 Census PA/Butler/Buffalo with William, 2 girls, 1 1850 census Middlesex Twnshp, Butler County, PA: William 38 Ireland, Sarah 36 PA, Elizabeth 14, Catherine 12, Edward 10, Michael 8, William H. 6, Hannah 4, Sarah 8/12 (all PA) William dies in 1851 II. She married 2. George McWhinney between 17 Nov 1851 and 21 Oct 1853 1860 census Fawn Twnshp, Allegheny County, PA age 40: She is married to George McWhinney and living with her children Catherine, Edward, and Michael and Jackson Willard. George McWhinney died (Civil War?) on 17 Nov 1866 at age 58 and is buried next to William and Edward in the Bull Creek Cemetery (GAR). Possible civil war record for George McWhinney: American Civil War Soldiers about George Mohney Name: George Mohney , Enlistment Date: 7 Dec 1861 Side Served: Union State Served: Pennsylvania Service Record: Enlisted as a Private on 7 December 1861. Enlisted in Company F, 103rd Infantry Regiment Pennsylvania on 7 Dec 1861. Died Company F, 103rd Infantry Regiment Pennsylvania on 13 Aug 1862 at James River, VA. Sources: 18,81 Source Citation: Side served: Union; State served: Pennsylvania; Enlistment date: 7 Dec 1861. III. She married 3. Alexander Simpson (owned farm next to McWhinney), between 1867-80 1870 Census, her name is listed as Sarah MoWhiny age 50 and she is living with her son Micael (Michael) 25 yrs his wife Susan 30 yrs, and their son Edward 4 yrs BUT 1880 Census, she is Sarah Simpson 65 yrs PA/PA/PA, wife of Alex Simpson 69 yrs, James Heister lives with them 19 yrs PA/PA/PA (son of Sarah's daughter Elizabeth, also, Katherine (Catherine) Fox S.I.L. 70 living with them 1884 Aug 14th will of Sarah Simpson leaves daughter Caty Morn $300, Michael her son (Executor) the remainder. 1885 Dies, according to headstone, d. 4 Mar 1885 b. aged 69 yrs 4 mo., buried in Millerstown Cemetery, Fawn Twp, Allegheny Co., PA IV. About her children: Elizabeth’s death certificate, mother is stated as unknown!!! Catherine - could not find her after 1860 census, she was in Sarah's will as Caty Morn Edward - died in the civil war; his war records are pending Michael - his wife's pension application states he had no will William - these census records could be him: 1860 PA/Allegheny/Allegheny Ward 2/I75 William S. 15 living with Edward and Elizabeth Callen and living next to Patrick Callen, 1870 PA/Westmoreland/Franklin/I44 William C(a)llen 25 born PA (I believe that William father had 2 brothers immigrate with him, Michael and Edward) Hannah and Sarah - may have both died young, because there is at least one or two children's graves next to their fathers in very poor shape, only remnants of stones on them. Also note, William (father) & Edward are in Bullcreek cemetery, Sarah & Michael are in Millerstown cemetery, a couple miles from one another. Is Catherine Fox Sarah's sister, here she is in census records close by with husband John Fox (they had no children): Catherine Fox: (in Fawn Twp, Allegheny Co., PA) 1880 living with Alex and Sarah Simpson, 70 yrs old 1870 John and Catherine Fox 59 near Callens and Simpsons 1860 John and Catherine Fox 50 & Cath Ackenvottom (Higginbotham?) 10 living next to George and Sarah McWhinney 1850 (E.
