It appears there were several Vasey Families in early Pennsylvania. To date, we have uncovered these lines: Joel Vasey b. ca 1793 = Hannah Pearson (Solebury, Bucks Co.) Tavern owner in Doylestown Samuel Vasey, b. 1808 = ? (Bensalem, Bucks Co.) claims father came directly from France John Vasey b. 1807 = Cordelia Price (Bustleton, Bucks Co.) Tavern owner in Phila. There is also this line: John Veasy/Vesey b. ca 1751 = Margaret McKee (Cumberland Co., 1776) So far, we have yDNA samples from both the Joel and Samuel lines: no match.
