Does anyone have the Who's Who in Pennsylvania the edition that was printed in the 30's? If you can look up a John Paul Pedigo (he may have his name as J. Paul) he was the secretary to the Governor of Pennsylvania in the 30's, I think He was James or something like that. I would like to know what is written. Thanks in advance. Laura
