Last year they charged me a $20 fee, plus $1 a page. The fee was instituted to get us to stop asking for wills. The fairly terse note I got along with the wills what that "almost all of these were available through any LDS family history center". When I had asked, all I sent was a nice letter with the name, year, book number and page number so they could go directly to it. They won't search for a particular name, which does seem right to me. We should be able to provide the basic information. If you need to go this route, get your wallet out, it gets costly.
