Actually the on line images are not included in the basic subscription. They cost extra - which about doubles the basic membership. Some are indexed, and others are not. I have spent hours looking through page after page, and getting tired before I found my ancestor, so just giving up. But, those that are indexed are much easier to access. I don't have DSL, and they are all Very slow to load. Helen Benter
