Greetings to All! I'm going to visit Bucks Co next week coming up from VA and am hoping to find some elusive ancestors. I'd love some recommendations on where to search in the shortest period of time. I'm bringing my 9 year old along and while he is very patient, I can only stretch my luck for so long. Specifically, Looking for death date/place of: John F. Hogeland, b. March 1859 (He was last in the 1900 census in E.D. 4, sheet 17 in Bensalem and was dead by 1910 census where his 2nd wfie, Mary Russell Lorimer was living in E.D. 4, Cornwells Village.) Bucks Co. Orphans Court say they have no death certificate on him. IS THERE A BUCKS CO. CEMETERY LIST? Mary Russell Lorimer Hogeland, b. May 1861 and died after 1920 but don't know when or where buried. Likely still living in 1930 but not much later. James Lorimer, b. 1836 in Scotland and last living in Bristol Twp in 1910 census with son Jasper Lorimer. Is there an index for 1920 census? Marriages: Looking for name of 1st wife of John F. Hogeland who died before 1893. Is there a marriage list or birth index starting in 1881 for Bucks Co.? Lastly, Anyone know if the Eddington Presbyterian Church in Bensalem has a cemetery? Searching for LORIMER family: James Lorimer and wife Elizabeth Campbell had children: Jennett b. 1857; William S., b. 1859; Mary Russell, b. 1861; Elizabeth C, b. 1862; and Jasper H., b. 1863; Agnes S., b. 1871; Robert H., b. 1873; and Jennie D. b. 1879. Searching for HOGELAND family: John F. Hogeland and 1st unk wife had children: Lidie, b. August 1882 might have married a Tomlinson; Willie, b. July 1886; and Frank, b. April 1889. Thanks for all you help, Mary Louise Townsend, Potomac Falls, VA
