I would be interested to hear from anybody who may have any information regarding the Shearer family, who resided at Bunker Hill Twp., now known as Rich Hill. My great-grandfather, George Shearer, was born October 13th, 1841; he enlisted in the Union Army in February of 1865 at Frankford, Pa. He served with the 213th Regiment, Company I, Pennsylvania Infantry. If anyone has any information on he and his family, I would be happy to hear from you.
