Lynn, According to the Twining book by William Twining, Sr., Eleazar was b in Eastham, Massachusetts. He quotes on p 23 "In the Wrightstown M.M. Records, under date of 11 mo. 3rd, 1776, the following entry is made by the clerk Joseph Chapman, received from the Town clerk of Eastham, Mass.:- Stephen Twining, (son of Stephen) b 30th. 12 mo. 1684 Eleazar " " " " b 26th 11 mo. 1686..........." Could you check your source and see where she got the Bucks County birth for Eleazar?
