I'm searching for information on the following family and would like to search the newspapers as well as other records. Does anyone know the name of the local Bristol newspaper for 1907-20? I can't find any newspaperfor Bristol listed in the reference books. HANEY, George V/B and wife Nettie (Anita?Annetta?) m 15 June 1907 Bristol, Bucks Co PA HANEY, George W.(prob William) b 1909 Bristol Bucks Co PA HANEY, Rose HANEY, Annetta b ca 1907 Bristol Bucks Co PA The George Haney family was in Bristol until at least the 1920 census. However, only the one son, George W. is ever listed with them in census records and yet I have a photo that appears to have been taken ca 1914-1918 which seems to include 2 sons, one about 5 and the other 8-10. I'd like to search for obits and birth records in the newspaper. George B/V was a son of William Haney and wife Catherine, grandson of Nicholas Heaney. I would be interested in looking for obits for these older relations as well. Also, all of the photos I have of this family were taken by Schafer's in Bristol....anyone know when this company was in business? Some seem to date from 1905 and some seem as late as 1920. However, that's guessing based on the approximate age of the people in the photo, not on any date written on them. Nancie
