Hi List, I am new to the use of old Quaker records, specifically those of the Welsh communities in PA. When the Quakers recorded a date as 5, 8th month, 1700, did they mean 5 August or 5 October? (If they were English colonists, I'd know the answer, but the Welsh, and the Quakers, have a reputation for going their own way!) Thanks for your help. Rick Sherman Kensington, CA
