I have just tried to cancel my trial census membership to no avail. Their business hours are Mon - Fri mountain time. E-mails from the site don't go through. There is an 800 number: 1-800-262-3787 Option 4 is to cancel but you have to wait until Monday. I can only assume they don't count the week-end as part of the 7 day trial period. I checked all of the original documentation. No where does it say how to cancel. A lesson learned I must say.
