Yes, I have researched the Yardleys and there is a lot of research that has been done.. There are two distinct lines from Bucks County early settlers. One is the one the town of Yardley, PA is named for. These came with Wm. Penn. Some references state that this was the only line. As I recall, Davis in his book may so state. Not so. There are also descendants from a Richard Yardley. It is presumed that the two lines joined in England, although not proven as far as I know. We do think we know the names of the brothers from which they descended. I am descended from Richard. I am not much on typing, and the records are vast.
