Hi Barbara, I have in the last few years borrowed microfilmed copies of the Intelligencer via InterLibrary Loan. I'm pretty sure I did it through the State Library of PA at Harrisburg. To order m/f newspapers by ILL, they have a form you can download and print, then take to your local library.
