Sharon,I went to the bristol library To look for that info.Thought maybe there would be an obit .I checked Aug,6,7,8,9,10 1941 I didn't see anything about the accident.Are you sure it was 1941.The paper back then was called Bristol courier.If you have any idea please let me know.and i will try to help with it.
