Hello, I have legal Doc. on the Fretz Family. My Grandfather found and recorded many years ago.. To start with im a Fretz too. I have a problem just yet getting them to scan. the Documents start with John and Christian Fretz. They imgrated from near the city of Manheim, in the Grand Duchy of Baden, Germany, formerly known as the Palatinate, or Rheinish Prussia. They were of Germany origin. These doc. date back 1737.
