Still looking for VAN ZANDT and/or VANSANT. Just can't find those elusive parents of Margaret Ann Van Zandt, b 1824 Bucks Co., m David Field TAYLOR, b 1821, in Trenton, NJ. Both died in MO after having lived in Niagara Co., NY and Canada. Children: Phoebe Taylor, b 1848, m John DAVIS of MD Mary Amelia Taylor, b 1850, m Wm. H. BYERS of Philadelphia Wm. Van Zandt Taylor, b 1856 Margaret E. Taylor, b 1858, m (2) Wm. MC KIBBON of Chicago All moved to St. Louis. This Van Zandt line according to elder stories connects to New Amsterdam BOGARDUS, JANS, and KNICKERBOCKER lines.
