I'm looking for any information about the SINCLAIR family in Bristol, Bucks Co from at least 1860+...they may have been there quite a bit earlier, but I haven't tracked them back further as yet. I have Edmund SINCLAIR age 44 bPA with wife Ellen and children Mary Jane, Wilson, Edmund, Hannah, Augustina, and Sarah Ann in Bristol 1860 census. Two households away is Mary Ann SINCLAIR, aged 67 who is widowed and looks to be the head of house, with people in the house listed as Eli(a)s Moore, Jane, William H, Elizabeth, Hellen McClain. I don't know if Jane, William, and Elizabeth are Moores or not...no ditto marks or other indicator. Then in 1870, I find Edmund (aged 54) and family yet again, this time with an additional child, Ellen--same list of children still living at home. Two dwellings away is Peter SINCLAIR aged 75 with Hannah, Hannah, Adolphus, Elizabeth, and Alexander. I have some information regarding the above Wilson SINCLAIR, and am trying to put his family together. It seems possible that Peter and Hannah may be his grandparents, but Mary Ann (widowed) is also of an age to be his grandmother. Is anyone researching the Sinclairs or families that married into them? Nancie
