I have a Phebe Philpot in my "mystery" file and it appears that she may be your Phebe. My information comes from a cemetery record and it says she was born April 4, 1741 and and died June 18, 1795. She is buried at New London Presbyterian Church Cemetery, Chester Co., Pennsylvania and it notes that she was the d/o William and Jean Philpot I'm wondering if you can confirm any of this?
