In the 1820 Census, Lincoln was evidently a part of Waterford. I believe Mahlon was the son of Thomas . . . but I don't have my notes in front of me. Will need to check on that for you. Thank you for your assistance on my Issachar. He married Hannah d/o James and Antje(?). They married about 1787 and removed from PA to Loudoun Co. about 1788. Julie
