I am looking for information on James HIGGS b. ca 1695, listed in the will of Sam(p)son CAR(E)Y as "grandson", to whose children each are willed 10f. The will of Sampson CAREY was proved 11 Sep 1739. James HIGGS d. 16 Jan 1736 at Bristol. He was married to Elizabeth ANDREWS, her ancestry also unknown. Fall MM reports on 4 Nov 1719 that the marriage had taken place.
