I got it off a mistake on the Ancestral File on familysearch.org. Bucks County was confused with Rockingham County, Virginia. Felix might have married in Rockingham County, Va. He moved to Montgomery County, Ohio by 1820. Rock County, Pa is really Rockingham County, Va.
