    1. [PABUCKS-L] Stavely and other Families
    2. In the course of doing research for my book, "Langhorn and Mary," based on the true story of a family that lived in Bucks County in the early 1800s, I came across two very lengthy pieces on the 50th Anniversary of William and Margaret (Sheed) STAVELY, who were married in Philadelphia in 1822 and spent the remainder of their lives in Solebury, Bucks Co. They had eight children. There is one descendant on the World Connect project, but his/her e-mail is defunct. If anyone is interested, I would be happy to transcribe the pieces and send them to you. I also have considerable information on Joseph FELL (the educator), Henry DARLINGTON (Intelligencer publisher), John BALDERSTON (administrator of the Emlen Institute, who left no descendants), Dr. Arthur D. CERNEA, Mahlon GIBBS, and Andrew HARTLESS, among others, who are featured in the book and, of course, my own families: STONE/STEIN, WELLINGS, GARREN (George and Camilla, who went to Illinois), VANSANT (Aaron and Rachel, who went to Missouri), SWARTS (Owen and Rebecca, who went to Illinois). I am still looking for information on Aaron and Elizabeth (STONE) HEIGHT/HITE, William and Sarah (STONE) PAGE, John and Harriett (STONE) HOFF, John and Eliza (STONE) GERMAN
