    2. Bev, I have not found any Dyer mentioned in Davis' "History of Bucks Co.", Vol. #3 which is the only one of the 3 volumes that is indexed. I did, however, find a Charles Dyer in Martindales "History of Byberry and Moreland". Charles was a preacher and taught school in the village of Somerton in 1797. He taught school until 1846 at a salary of $200 dollars per annum. He was much esteemed as a good teacher. My Bucks Co. family are the Reeds who married into the Dyer family but unfortunately I do not have any further knowledge. Norma Stilwell, Researcher, Bucks List
