    2. >From the Bucks County Intelligencer, 1 Apr 1876 LOWER MAKEFIELD Thomas Purcel, of New Hope, and Richard C. Betts of Solebury, having taken the store of A.S. Cadwallader, formerly occupied by Joseph B. Stapler, have removed their families into the house owned by Mary Jane Church, the bridge builders who were living there having returned to Middletown. Theodore Livezey having removed from the property of Edward Bayley to his new house on the river, said Bayley property will be occupied by Story Heston, who leaves the house of Harriet Longshore which, in turn, will be occupied by Louis Carr, who has been living on farm of Amos Barber, deceased. The Barber property will be occupied by the owner, Mary Barber. C. Rhoads Wright from farm of Elisha Reeves to that of William L. Suber, in Middletown. William Suber to the farm he recently bought of John Wildman, in Lower Makefield. Thomas Leigh from the Wildman farm to Fallsington, where, with Charles D. Beans, he will go into the storekeeping business on stand now occupied by Jacob W. Stackhouse. Lydia W. Comfort of Fallsington, having bought the farm of John Wildman, will occupy it, to be farmed by her son, Charles Comfort. John Wildman to property of Charles Beans, deceased, in Fallsington. Comly Flowers to house bought of the estate of Grace Eastburn, in Fallsington. George Worthington, of Wrightstown, will occupy the farm of Elisha Reeves. Daniel Denahan has exchanged his house and lot with Charles Moon for house and thirty acres of ground in Middletown Township. John Radford has made an exchange of his house and lot for a farm in Buckingham, belonging to Joseph Ely. Jesse Anderson has sold his farm to William Woolman, and will remove to farm of Caleb Taylor, near Tullytown. William Woolman from Giles Satterthwaite's farm to one bought of Jesse Anderson. James Paff to farm bought of the estate of William Paff, the property of James Paff on the river to be occupied by Frank Schofield, who leaves the fulling mill property in Middletown. D. Harvey Skelton makes an exchange from farm of A.S. Cadwallader, below Yardleyville, to that of Charles Yardley. Patrick Behan to leave the Yardley property for that of A.S. Cadwallader. John H. Stoop having sold out his store, will remove to the farm near Dolington he bought of Charles Neeld, at one time owned by Jonathan Paxson. William Mitchell from Benjamin Mather's farm to the farm he purchased of John H. Woodington, in Northampton. Benjamin Mather will occupy his own farm.
