Here is some new information I have on my g-great Aunt Martha Smith Overholt. I am trying to confirm Simeons parents. Also the old record has three children born to them and in the 1910 census Martha does list 3 born 1 living. Are these other children buried in Bucks county. Did they die as infants? I would like to know about them. I am the great granddau of her brother William Smith mentioned herein: He is buried in Doylestown by his parents. Any additonal information would be most welcome. Sue Ellen Ash 1. SIMEON S OVERHOLT was born 1 April 1830 in Bucks county, Pennsylvania, USA, and died 25 January 1898 in Rising Sun, Randolph township, Ohio county Indiana, USA. He married MARTHA CADWALLADER SMITH in Pennsylvania, USA, daughter of EZRA SMITH and DEBORAH QUINBY. She was born 12 March 1835 in Castle Valley, Doylestown twp, Bucks Co, PA, and died 24 April 1913 in SalyerPark, Delhi township, Hamilton county, Ohio, USA. Notes for SIMEON S OVERHOLT: There were two Simeon Overholts of Bucks county, one the son of Samuel but I think he was born 1 Dec 1840 and had the middle name of Godshall. There could be a son of Abraham Overholt named Simeon Shutts Overholt. Is this our Simeon??? ............................................................................ ...................................................
