    2. >From the Bucks County Intelligencer, 1 Apr 1876 UPPER MAKEFIELD Joseph Craven vacates the Beaumont farm, near Brownsburg, which he has occupied for three years past, for new quarters in Montgomery county. Joseph Hart will remove from the Altemus farm, at Lurgan, to the farm vacated by Mr. Craven. Lewis Clark removes from M. Speakman Buckman's tenant house to that of Albert Slack, near the Eagle. Henry S. Bennett, having sold his farm, abandons agricultural pursuits and goes to Philadelphia to engage in other business. W.H. Trego removes from the tenant house of Albert Slack to that on the farm of Franklin Buckman, near the Eagle, to assist his brother-in-law farm the same. Alfred Lambert has removed to Philadelphia, and the premises vacated by him in Dolington will be occupied by Philip Roy, who will run a commission wagon during the summer. Krewson Harvey, from Lower Makefield, will occupy the Graham farm, near Dolington, Liscom Phillips removing therefrom to Middletown. E. Smith Buckman has rented William Carey's farm, and removes thereon; Paxson Brass, who has farmed it for some years past, removing therefrom to take possession of the Gwinner farm, near Taylorsville. Frederick Taylor has removed from Taylorsville to New Jersey, located on a farm near Trenton, and is making the milk business quite an object. Isaac Yates goes to Isaac Martindale's house, near Ryan's Corner; Samuel Y. Wiggins, of Dolington, removing into the tenant house of R.A. Johnson, which Mr. Yates vacates. Franklin Buckman, Jr., removes from Pineville to his father's farm, recently purchased of H.S. Bennett. Benajah Raylman has removed from Speakman Buckman's to near Friends' Meeting House, Dolington, and will continue to follow days' labor. The families of Chambers and Burroughs have removed from Brownsburg to Frankford, Chambers and Burroughs having been arrested and convicted of theft, and are serving out their sentences in Jersey jails. James M. Slack, lately married, will leave his father's farm, near Brownsburg, to take possession of the Chapman farm, near Wrightstown. John Pidcock gives up possession of the Wynkoop farm, near Stony Brook mills, and becomes a resident of Philadelphia. Robert Balderston, who has filled the position of clerk in W. Godey Ellis' store, Dolington, removes to Brownsburg, to run the store so long kept there by Squire Agin. Mr. Agin will leave Brownsburg. George Francis removes from Brownsburg to Stephen Cooper's farm, in Buckingham. Lee Clark has removed from James Keith's to the tenement house of Joseph Leedom, near the Eagle. He has hired with Mr. Leedom for the year. Theodore Nelson leaves the "Malone farm," near Taylorsville, and goes we believe to Lower Makefield.
