    2. Linda Musgrave
    3. To all Lister's: I am very sorry but I will have to withdraw my offer of sending the cemetery map for two dollars. After locating someone (Budget Printers) to make the "Blueprint size" map, I found out that they charge $ 3.50 just to print it and I had to spend another two dollars to send it. If anyone wants a copy now, you may send $ 5.50 to cover the cost and I will try to make more, but while I am not charging anything except the actual cost of printing and mailing, It still takes time for me to do this, so please be patient and willing to wait as well as spending that amount for it. I will be putting the list of names on the computer shortly also. Perhaps that will be enough for most of you. Thank you and again I am sorry for quoting a price that I "thought" would cover it only to find I was mistaken. Linda t --------------------------------- Never miss a thing. 1. Re: [PABUCKS] John and Ann Moore
    2. Raff Family
    3. Just thought I'd throw this out again. John (b.1752) and Ann Kimball (b.1761) Moore were my ggggGrans both from Nockimixon. I would appreciate any information anyone might have about them. I believe they lived in Nockimixon prior to 179, had several children and then moved the family across the river into NJ somewhere where they had several "moore" children...and then they may have moved back to Nockimixon for a short time after 1800. Their youngest child (out of 10) was born in PA in 1803. But they don't appear on any PA census. Their daughters all married into Bucks county families from Nockimixon in the early 1800's; Pursel, Williams, Iliff, Goddard...all of which I have alot of information about already. they show up on all the early census's. BUT I'm particularly interested in John and Anns older sons William (b. approx 1778) and John, Jr....don't have much on them....but one of them is my gggGran. John Moore Sr. bought 125 acres of land in Hunterdon Co, NJ in 1806 from Frederick and Margaret Traeger (of Nockimixon). I'm wondering if anyone is working on this family. Sons William or John could be married to one of their daughters. I don't have marriage records for either but William married a Lydia and John married an Elizabeth. Both raised their families on the land in NJ. Also..there are several Moores in Nockimixon in the early census's 1790-1820 William, James, Edward, Adam, Philip, Issac, Alexander. I'm thinking some could be related to my gggg John. And Ann's name was Kimball, Kimble, Kimbel....something like that! Just a shot in the dark but that's what this forum is for. Thanks, Susan

    1. [PABUCKS] NARA online arrival records for 1850-1900
    2. Al Lenkner
    3. from the Chester, PA list............. ---------- This item was in Eastman's Online Genealogy Newsletter........ March 03, 2008 NARA Makes Some Passenger Arrival Records Available Online This week, the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) announced that it has made available for the first time online more than 5.2 million records of some passengers who arrived during the last half of the 19th century at the ports of Baltimore, Boston, New Orleans, New York, and Philadelphia. The records can be accessed through NARA's online Access to Archival Databases (AAD). The records were transcribed from original ship manifests into electronic databases by Temple University's Center for Immigration Research at The Balch Institute. The Center donated the digital records to the National Archives. The records are known as Data Files Relating to the Immigration of Germans to the United States, 1850-1897; Data Files Relating to the Immigration of Italians to the United States, 1855-1900; and Data Files Relating to the Immigration of Russians to the United States, 1834-1897. This series consists of records of 527,394 passengers who arrived at the United States between 1834 through 1897 and identified their country of origin or nationality as Armenia, Finland, Galicia, Lithuania, Poland, Russia, Russian Poles, or Ukraine. There are records of passengers who were U.S. citizens or non-U.S. citizens planning to continue their travels, returning to the U.S., or staying in the U.S. There are records of passengers arriving at the following ports: Baltimore, Boston, New Orleans, New York, and Philadelphia; the bulk of the records are for passengers arriving at the Port of New York. Each of the passenger records may include name, age, town of last residence, destination, and codes for passenger's sex, occupation, literacy, country of origin, transit and/or travel compartment, and the identification number for the ship manifest. Information on each ship is in the manifest header file and includes the ship manifest identification number, the name of the ship, the code for its port of departure, and date of arrival. The ship manifest identification number indicates the port of arrival. The new databases may be found at http://aad.archives.gov/aad/index.jsp.
